Same thing happens to me every. Single. Time. But a clean car takes the rain a lot better, I’d rather it all bead off from a fresh coat of wax, than dry with hard water spots and get dirt stuck to it.

It’s always better to rain on a clean car than a dirty one. I have washed my car before a rainstorm many times. That’s my California version of storm prepping.

Washed my Tacoma on Sunday, had it all shiny. W ithin an hour, a Pterodactyl took a dump on the roof. Pretty sure it was a pterodactyl , I didn’t see it. It was a pterodactyl sized dump anyway.
